Domestic Shipping (Pakistan)
At PakAura, we strive to deliver your orders as quickly as possible.
Orders are typically delivered within 3–5 business days after dispatch. Once your order is confirmed, it may take up to 1–2 business days for processing before shipment. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to weekends, public holidays, weather conditions, or courier delays.

Delivery to remote or rural areas may take additional time.

We do not deliver to P.O. Box addresses.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
All Cash on Delivery orders may be subject to verification via phone call or SMS before processing.
PakAura reserves the right to process verified customer orders without additional verification, especially during high-order-volume periods such as sales, promotional campaigns, product launches, and festive seasons.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email or message containing your order details and tracking information (where applicable).
You can use the provided tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment through the courier's tracking system.
International Shipping
Currently, PakAura ships within Pakistan only.
If international shipping becomes available in the future, this policy will be updated accordingly.
